  1. Do you have any tips for someone who wants to have a plant based diet. But is actually allergic to most raw fruits and vegetables? I have a condition called OAS(Oral Allergy Syndrome) and whenever I eat almost any fruit or vegetable raw it makes me sick. And I wanted to know if you or anyone reading this comment had any ideas or tips that could help @pickuplimes

  2. Oh, Wao, you are amazing! I love how you explained thoroughly how we can implement plant-based diet in our lives. I feel so inspired and motivated by your caring words. Thank you so much!

  3. I hate that people eat animals I just don’t think it right. Also I love junk food and I feel like being a vegan I can eat fruits and veggies and healthier options. My parents are saying I’m eating to much junk food which I agree with. I’m am not fat I am actually quite fit but I feel like I could get much better. Honestly I’m just trying to encorpirate some vegan with some non vegan food . I personally think vegan treats are dumb so for instance I will make a vegan breakfast but then later in the day I will make non vegan cookies. So I’m just trying to incorporate it in but in my own way

  4. Hi Sadia,

I recently came across your YouTube and blog. I want to say thank you for all the information you provide. I will be trying your recipes to continue my journey into a plant base life style. I love it!!!

  5. I'm a vegan for 3 months now n I was vegetarian 5 months before and I'm glad I did this even I'm struggling in Muslim world full of meat n diary products every where but I'm going for it 💪😊💚🌱🌻💙

  6. I’m interested in going vegan and the mock meats do help. I’m shocked at how good they are (ok I’ve only tried Gardein’s chicken tenders, but I was very impressed). Tofu I’m scared of lol. I’ve only had it in miso soup. Anyway I love this video. I love basically an idiot’s guide to going vegan lol

  7. So what do you do when you can’t have or very much dislike, tofu, soy milk, rice milk, almond milk, nuts, olives, squash (and other veggies alike), … many of these are staples in vegan diet.
Should one simply focus their vegan diet (or maybe vegetarianism) based on carbs like rice , pastas , fresh fruit and vegetables..

  8. Im thinking about eating plant based diet, and would like my 7 month to eat the same way…. im Just a little bit scared that he wont get all good stuff he needs, do u have any tips about feeding kids plant based ?
