CLEVELAND, Ohio — If the Cleveland Cavaliers can follow up their impressive 2017 NBA Eastern Conference Finals Game 1 win over the Boston Celtics with another win tonight, it would give the Cavs two wins on Boston’s turf and an all but insurmountable lead in the best-of-seven series.
Boston has to be wondering what it would take to solve the Cavaliers’ riddle because going back to the last time the two teams met in the regular season, Cleveland has won two straight in Boston by at least 13 points each time.
Boston’s best Plan B may just be to wait until next year when they will have added the No. 1 pick in the 2017 NBA Draft to the team.
