LeBron James passes Kobe Bryant for 3rd in playoff scoring, Wes Unseld for 7th in playoff rebounds

Cleveland Cavaliers’ LeBron James passed Kobe Bryant on the playoff scoring list and Wes Unseld on the playoff rebound list.

CLEVELAND, Ohio — LeBron James passed a pair of NBA legends in the first half of playoff Game 3 Thursday against the Indiana Pacers.

With a rebound in the second quarter, James passed Wes Unseld (1,777) for seventh on the all-time playoff rebounding list. A second-quarter jumper in the lane gave James third place on the all-time playoff scoring list behind Kobe Bryant (5,640).

James trails only Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (5,762) and Michael Jordan (5,987) on the playoff scoring list.
