The Man Who Killed Don Quixote may have made it out of the Cannes Film Festival judgement alive, but Amazon has killed the film on its end. While a French court ruled to allow Terry Gilliam’s movie to make its worldwide at Cannes Film Festival, Amazon pulled out of distributing it in the U.S.
