  1. Maybe a weird question, but I thought sooo many fruits would make you fat because of the sugars? WTF?? I am thinking of becoming vegan but only a vegan diet for health (I don't drink alcohol and do not smoke and work out and eat healthy but I want to be healthier not for weightloss but general health),

  2. I'm worried about the amount of calories I eat… for example are 2 bananas, 10 dates and 1 glass of orange juice enough for breakfast? My stomach fills so quickly that I can't eat much more than that…
