RECIPES:

Pasta sauce:
2 cans tomato sauce (15 oz each)
3/4 cup TVP (
1 cup water
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp basil
salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to taste
1 bell pepper, chopped
115 g chopped mushrooms (or about 1 1/2 cups)

  1. One thing that I love to prep is Lentils, beans, rice, chickpeas (without seasoning) and let in a container in my fridge to use in different dishes through the week… I love to use then in chilis and currys.

  2. Me and my mom and her friend are gonna be vegans after the new year starts because we want to be heather and I have heard it helps you sleep better bacause I have sleeping peoblems
