  1. OKAY TO CLEAR UP THE CAKE MIX DILEMMA: the company puts "may contain" on the box because their factory uses milk in other products so technically there is a chance that traces could be in the mix. There is no milk in the mix because if there was, it would be in the ingredients list and it would be listed next to wheat where it says CONTAINS (meaning THIS 100% CONTAINS WHEAT). It says "MAY contain" to cover their butt in case someone has an allergic reaction and tries to sue them. But if there was milk in it you can bet they would put it in the ingredients list and also in the CONTAINS list! 🙂 glad we cleared that up!!!

  2. Hey Liv! Love your videos ☺️ i got a question for you! I'm not sure if you do, but if you do live in Canada, I live in Ontario. Where do you get your vegan stuff from? So for example the vegan cheese, vegan bacon, etc. I'm trying to go fully vegan but I'm finding it difficult to find some of these products. Do you have any suggestions for stores I can shop at if you are from Canada? Especially the GTA? in America it's a lot easier I find, and I know whole foods could sell a majority of this stuff but just want to know if there's any other stores that I may not know of or local stores especially since I only moved here a year ago. Hoping you or someone can help me out. Thanks! 🙂
